The Company hereby gives notice that at the shareholders’ meeting on March 25, 2026, it will amend its articles of incorporation for a stock split and split one share with a par value of KRW 200 into two shares with a par value of KRW 100 per share; therefore, holders of old share certificates are requested to submit any objections or the old share certificates to the Company within one month from the date of publication of this notice.
